- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

Refunds are typically issued for the cost of the product, excluding shipping and handling fees, unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
3. Defective or Damaged Items

Please keep the damaged item and the original packaging for potential inspection, and take pictures of the damage to assist in the claims process.
